Cut into very small pieces the carrot, bell pepper and garlic together with a small chili pepper (cayenne). -I have added half a bell pepper, 1 carrot and 3 garlics.

We put our cut vegetables in a frying pan with a little oil.

When everything is almost done, add the diced seitan and the chopped walnuts.

Next, we put our rice to boil. I have used precooked, so I let it boil for 3 minutes and it is enough. -You can also use round rice without problems. -

Once the rice is done, add it to our pan and stir.

Add salt to taste, black pepper and nutmeg.
