Chicken with mango curry sauce

Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Fry and set aside. In the same pan in which we cooked the chicken, brown the onion and garlic. Add the curry, turmeric and pepper.

Peel and chop the mango. With the help of a blender, puree the mango. Add it to the pan.

Add coconut milk. Between 200-400 ml to taste. For this amount of chicken I use the whole can.

Serve with chopped cilantro on top (if you like it) and serve with rice, pasta, noodles... or alone. It's delicious!
