Boil the spaghetti until indicated by the manufacturer and set aside.

Meanwhile, put a spoonful of EVOO in a frying pan and add the finely chopped garlic and the cayenne (optional).

Cut the broccoli and put it in the microwave with a little water for 10 minutes.

When the garlic is golden brown add the onion and 5 minutes later the chopped mushrooms.

After the mushrooms are browned, add the broccoli and finally the chopped cherry tomatoes.

Finally add salt and pepper to taste and remove the cayenne. Add the pasta and stir until everything is integrated. Serve and enjoy!
