Mix the chopped garlic, EVOO, chopped parsley, lemon juice and salt to taste.

Put half of the above mixture in an ovenproof dish.

Add the shrimp to the dish and arrange them so that they are not on top of each other. Add the rest of the mixture on top.

Bake them for about 10 - 15 minutes at 200 degrees (I also put the fan). The time depends on each oven.
