Cut the red onion into thin strips.

Cook the lentils in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.

Cook the gnocchi in a pot for 8 minutes.

Fry the red onion in a frying pan with 1 teaspoon of EVOO and once it is done, add the lentils and the gnocchi already cooked. Cook for a few minutes and if necessary add 1 more teaspoon of EVOO.

In another frying pan, with 1 teaspoon of AOVE we cook the octopus on the griddle.

Bell pepper sauce: grind the peppers well drained. Once done, add the cashew nuts, spices and salt to taste and grind everything again.

We put everything together in the dish.
