Clarifications 👉 ✔️las I put half a teaspoon of each spice except for cloves, which I find very strong and I put about a quarter teaspoon. ✔️necesitamos sweeten the dough👉 use the sweetener you like the most. I used 3 good teaspoons of date cream. ✔️para the filling you will also need date cream or your usual sweetener. The coconut for the filling I used a spoonful but it's up to each one's taste. Preheat oven to 180 heat up and down without fan. Grate the carrots and set aside. Put in a food processor or blender the oat flakes, eggs, oil, date cream, spices, yeast and salt. We pass everything until we obtain a homogeneous mass.

Mix with the grated carrot using a tongue or spatula.

When everything is well mixed, we stretch the dough on a baking sheet on which we have put parchment paper.

Bake for about 15 minutes depending on the oven. When the dough is well cooked, roll it up using the parchment paper and put it in the fridge for at least two hours.

While the dough cools and takes shape in the refrigerator, we can make the filling, for this with the help of a whisk mix well the cheese with the sweetener (in my case date cream) and grated coconut. Once well mixed we reserve until we are going to fill our arm.

Take the dough out of the fridge, stretch and fill it, roll it carefully without pressing too tightly. Decorate to taste (coconut, cream filling ...). Let it rest in the refrigerator, the longer it rests the better it will be. Ready! I hope you like it ♥️
