Put the flour in a bowl leaving a hole in the middle.

Put the warm water, salt and yeast together and stir well until dissolved.

Once dissolved, add to the hole we have left in the flour and then add the tablespoon of oil.

Knead well and let stand 30'.

After 30 minutes, it is ready to stretch with a rolling pin.

The toppings: - tuna - tomato base - diced ham - mozzarella cheese - onion - oregano You can also add: mushrooms and/or zucchini.
