In a bowl, mix the egg and minced meats, pine nuts and spices to taste (ginger, parsley, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper...) and a pinch of salt.

Dredge the fillets in wholemeal breadcrumbs and then fry for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then set aside.

The same oil is used after being strained to sauté the onion until it is soft and golden brown. At that moment, add the red pepper and turmeric or other spices to taste. In addition, add water or chicken stock and a dash of cognac or wine (optional). The broth is checked and the salt is corrected.

Add the reserved fillets to the broth and let them simmer for 45 minutes. After this step they can be served.
