INGREDIENTS: - 1 plain yogurt 0% sugar ( do not throw away the container because it will be used as a measure to add the rest of the ingredients). - 3 eggs - Whole wheat flour ( 3 measures of the yogurt container) - Extra virgin olive oil ( 3/4 measure of yogurt container) - 1 sachet of baking powder - Dates (to taste depending on how sweet you want it) - Dark chocolate 85% to make the chocolate chips (I took 6 ounces, but you can use as many as you want).

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180º. Add to a bowl: 1. Natural yogurt 2. The three eggs 3. The 3 yogurt measures of whole wheat flour (previously sifted). 4. The 3/4 measures of extra virgin olive oil yogurt 5. The sachet of baking powder BEAT EVERYTHING UNTIL OBTAINING A UNIFORM MIXTURE WITHOUT LUMPS.

To give it a touch of sweetness, we will use dates. For this, I added 5 tablespoons of a date cream that I had already made. (date cream is made by mixing dates with water and beating until it has a creamy texture). Once you have the date cream, add the spoonfuls you want to the bowl where you have the mixture until you get the sweetness you want (keep tasting the dough).

Take the ounces of 85% dark chocolate and cut into small pieces simulating nuggets. I used 6 ounces, 4 ounces were incorporated into the mixture in the bowl and 2 ounces were reserved to put on top.

Choose a mold (to make it fluffier, choose one in which the mixture exceeds half of the container). Grease the mold and pour the mixture into it. Once poured, put the reserved chocolate chips on top.
