We start the preparation by mixing 300 ml of warm water (I take it directly from the tap) with 15 g of fresh baker's yeast.

Next, add 250 gr of flour. Stir everything well until there are no lumps and let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.

After half an hour, the mixture will have risen. It is time to add 10 gr of salt, 45ml of virgin olive oil, the seeds (to taste, but about 80 gr is fine) and 250 gr more flour.

We knead the mixture and add flour until the dough does not stick to our fingers. Once we have it we can make the shape we want. I elongated it to make it easier to cut later. When we have the shape, we will make some cuts, grease it with oil and sprinkle it with flour.

Finally, with the oven preheated to 200º, bake it for 45 minutes at the same 200º and enjoy!
