If it is hard to find 100% chicken or turkey cold cuts, this homemade one is delicious! Today we had it for breakfast and as a snack or to make sandwiches, it's killer.

We put in the mincer the breast cut into pieces and half a teaspoon of spices along with salt and mince.

Add the rest of the spices and the peanuts. Chop again, about 15-30 seconds, depending on how we want the size of the peanuts.

Place two pieces of plastic wrap on the table and sprinkle some paprika in the middle. Pour the mixture and sprinkle the rest of the paprika. ⚠️No you are like me that I almost put the whole pot 🤦🏻♀️

We roll the film into a cylinder shape and cook it. I steamed it for 30 min. You can also cook it in a pot with water, submerge the cold meat and cook it over medium heat for 30 min. Make sure it is tightly closed so that no water gets into it.

Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight and by tomorrow you will have it ready to eat!
