Quinoa with broccoli

Clean the quinoa and drain it.

Heat a good splash of EVOO and sauté the quinoa.

Add twice as much water as quinoa and cook until it evaporates (about 12 minutes).

Remove the quinoa from the heat and let it rest.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and clean it

Heat in a large frying pan a good splash of EVOO and add the chopped garlic.

When the garlic begins to brown, add the broccoli and sauté over high heat for a couple of minutes (the broccoli should absorb all the oil).

Add half a glass of water and cook until it evaporates (if the broccoli is softer, add more water).

Add the quinoa, integrate the two ingredients well, add the soy sauce and cook for another couple of minutes.
