Fry the carrot, onion and bell pepper in very small pieces. Set aside on a plate.

Fry the minced meat with salt and pepper. Once done add the reserved vegetables and add a jar of crushed tomato. Let the tomato cook.

Prepare the lasagna sheets according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In a baking dish spread a layer of the vegetable mixture with meat and tomato. Next we put lasagna plates, then the filling again... and so on in that order until we finish with a layer of filling.

Finally, add grated cheese to taste and bake until gratinized.
