STRAWBERRY JAM (homemade) We will only need to wash the strawberries, cut them small and put them in a saucepan with a little water (very little if we do not want a syrup) and heat over medium/high heat. The strawberries will be melting and getting a creamy consistency. In any case, I removed a little liquid from the mixture with a strainer (reserving the liquid in case I wanted to add some later) and I crushed it.
