Put a little EVOO in a frying pan with the chopped garlic.

When the garlic is golden brown, add the meat (depending on the portions) together with the fried tomato until it is done. Here we can add salt and pepper to taste.

While the minced meat and the fried tomato are cooking, peel the carrot and the zucchini. Tip: to get thin slices, peel with a peeler.

Once the meat is cooked and the vegetables are cut, add: 1. Meat base 2. Zucchini strips 3. Meat base 4. Carrot strips 5. Meat base 6. Havarti slice 7. Crisscross/Cross carrot and zucchini 8. Grated cheese for gratin

Once assembled, put in the oven for 20 minutes to gratinate everything.
