Fajipizza with mushroom and egg 🍳

In the whole wheat tortilla add the tomato sauce as if it were the base of a pizza. The sauce I use is the solís sauce.

Add the grated mozzarella and cover the whole omelet well.

Put some sliced mushrooms, I like to use the canned mushrooms sold in Mercadona.

Add the rest of the ingredients to taste.

Crack open the egg and place it right in the center of the whole wheat omelet, uncooked.

Add spices to taste, I recommend oregano.

Bake at 200ºC for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
