This piece of lamb does not appear in the application, that is why I have put the generic one. First we are going to put the shanks to soak for 20 minutes.

We are going to prepare the arrangement with which we are going to soak our meat. We put in a bowl the white wine, the oil, the salt and the spices.

We put the shanks in the oven, on racks, to roast well. It will be preheated and at 180 degrees.

One level lower we put our baking tray with the potatoes and the onion. When we put them here they will be cooked with the juice that the meat will release.

We will soak the shanks every 10 minutes approx.

They should be ready in about 50-60 minutes, depending on the oven.
