First you cook an onion and 3 garlics in a pot in a saucepan. When it is more or less ready, add a large red bell pepper.

Then you add the can of coconut milk, the beans and the spices: lots of curry, garlic salt, turmeric, ginger, black pepper and a little sweet paprika. Leave it for a while, about 15 minutes, and then let it rest.

You serve it with cooked rice. I put one in a glass because I forgot to cook it and I didn't have time.
