To make the dough we mix the flour with 100 ml of water until they are married. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil. When it is all compact add 150 ml of water and knead until you have a compact ball. Let it rest for 2 hours.

Roll out the dough to the size you want. Put a layer of tomato of half a finger (or to taste), grated cheese and ham.

Finally, add a pinch of oregano or the spice of your choice. Bake in the oven (preheated 200 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
