Apple and banana express strudel 😋

First wash, peel and cut the apple into small squares. Put it in a bowl with cinnamon, a few drops of vanilla, a pinch of salt and a little water. Cook for about 3/4 minutes.

Meanwhile we take 2 slices of whole wheat bread without crust and stretch with a rolling pin.

Mash a ripe banana and grind hazelnuts and almonds. Mix everything with the baked apple.

Dip the slices in the egg white and put the mixture inside. Carefully close them in the shape of a flute.

Bake for about 5 minutes or 10 until lightly browned at 200 degrees. Check to make sure they do not burn.

Sprinkle cinnamon, powdered milk and flaked almonds on top. Suggestion: serve with natural coconut yogurt 😋.
