We put the 500gr of flour in a bowl and make a hole to put the egg, the pinch of salt, the teaspoons of oil and vinegar and start stirring, adding warm water while kneading until it becomes an elastic dough.

Divide the dough into four equal balls. And let it rest for half an hour covered with a cloth.

Knead with a rolling pin trying to get a rectangular shape to cut the triangles. It has to be thin.

Cut the rectangles and spread with ambrosia or put cheese, or whatever you want. We roll them like a croissant and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180°. We are controlling that they are done to remove them before or after. AND READY.
