It is very important to freeze the salmon before preparing the recipe. In a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, the EVOO, the soy sauce and the dill and mix.

Next, dice the salmon and add it to the bowl. Let it marinate for a while so that it takes flavor.

Meanwhile, dice the tomato and onion into very small cubes.

Just before assembling, dice the avocado so that it does not oxidize.

Now assemble it (I used a round mold). I put it in this order: avocado, onion, tomato and salmon. Enjoy!
