Preparación de la receta

Boil the broccoli, about 400g approx.

Boil the brown rice, about 100g apeox.

Cut 1 carrot into small pieces, do the same with half an onion. Once cut in a frying pan with EVOO put both ingredients.

Once the broccoli is boiled, carve it and in a bowl add the carrot, onion and rice.

Renew everything and add a little black pepper powder, if desired.

Once everything is well mixed, add breadcrumbs until it has a texture we can work with.

On the counter or wherever you want, we put the flour. Then we take our dough and make a ball, which we will coat in flour, and then we can shape it and put it in a frying pan with EVOO to cook and enjoy.
