Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with heat up and down.

Peel and cut the onion into julienne strips, the bell pepper into strips and the potatoes into slices of about 1 cm. The tomato in half and the garlic a little crushed.

Put everything in a baking dish and add a good splash of oil, a couple of bay leaves and salt and pepper. Stir everything well with a spoon.

Bake for about 40 minutes in total, but stir halfway through baking so that everything cooks evenly.

After this time, remove the tray and add the wine. You can also add a little fish stock (or Avecrem) mixed with the wine. Bake for 10 more minutes.
