Base: Mix the oat flour with the almond cream and honey. Put it in the mold and flatten it.

Place the base in the oven. Bake at 180° for 5 to 8 minutes, depending if you want it crispier.

Filling: Beat 2 bananas with the yogurt, cottage cheese, vanilla and previously hydrated gelatin. Sweetener can be added to taste.

Place in the mold on top of the base and put banana slices on top. Keep in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before eating.
