In a wok with a drizzle of oil, sauté the onions, previously peeled and cut into large pieces.

When the onions are golden brown, add the pieces of sirloin steak, grind a little pepper and cook on both sides.

When the meat is ready, add a dash of soy sauce (about 2 tablespoons), cut 2 sprigs of chives and add a handful of peeled unsalted peanuts.

Let it cook over low heat and stir from time to time for 5 to 7 minutes and it's ready 😊.
