馃ィProcessing: 鈻笍biscuit: - mash the banana, grate the two carrots. - in a bowl pour the 3 eggs, the carrot, banana, flour, and stir until a homogeneous dough. - Add vanilla essence and cinnamon to taste. - Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. - Remove and cut in half and let cool. 鈻笍Cream: - in a bowl add 150gr cream cheese, 150gr whipped cheese, and vanilla essence to taste, and beat. - spread the cream between the two parts of the cake, and on top. - Decorate with walnuts.
