Dice the avocado and tomato, drain the can of cockles and mix in a bowl.

Add the capers, a pinch of black pepper, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and the juice of half a lemon.

With the same bowl that we have mixed, we flatten a little, remove the liquid that may be left over and turn on a plate. I used a bowl because I don't have a mold, but it works better with a mold.
