Seal the ribs in a frying pan. When almost done, add the mushrooms, once browned, add sweet paprika and crushed tomato (we make it homemade).

Add rice, stir and add the broth. Three parts broth to one part rice. Add rosemary sprigs and thyme

Boil for 10 minutes over medium heat. Remove the rosemary and thyme sprigs. Boil for another 5 minutes over low heat.

Let stand 5 mins and serve
