Make the Massa with all the ingredients (flour, water, yeast and salt to taste), if you see that it is too dry add water and if it is too liquid add more rice flour, it should not stick together.

Spread the Massa on a baking paper that is not too thin and bake 5min. at 220 degrees with the oven preheated.

Remove the Massa and add the tomato, turkey, spices, cheese or whatever you want, I added garlic powder for flavor.

Put it back in the oven for about 8 minutes at 210 degrees but be careful because each oven is different. !!!!
