Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and place them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Stir well and let it macerate while you make the sauce.

For the sauce mix the other 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with the coconut milk, a pinch of garlic powder, a pinch of ginger and if you want a few drops of Tabasco. Depending on how thick or liquid you want it, add more peanut butter or coconut milk.

Take pieces of chicken and form the skewers. Cook them in a frying pan or griddle with a little oil until golden brown. Serve with the sauce and that's it!

✅ NOTES: 🔸Chicken breast can be used, but I prefer the thighs because they are juicier. 🔸If you don't have or don't want to use coconut milk, you can use regular milk or any other vegetable drink. 🔸The sauce you can serve it in a dipping bowl (better if it is thicker) or you can bathe the skewers with it (better if it is more liquid).
