Preparación de la receta
1
Peel half an apple and cut it into small pieces, add cinnamon (2 teaspoons) and if you like it very sweet 1/2 teaspoon of stevia. We put it in the microwave for 3 minutes
2
Carefully remove the apple and mash it with a fork until it becomes a kind of lumpy puree.
3
Add half a banana (optional) to the apple and mash until almost homogeneous.
4
Add the oatmeal with the raisins in my case, the muesli that contains everything. Add about 40 grams and mix.
5
With the baking tray on the side, we form balls of our mixture, if you find it difficult, add more oatmeal or muesli. Once the balls are formed, decorate the top with chocolate or raisins. And then crush them carefully until they are shaped like cookies.
6
Now you can put them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, being careful not to burn them, no ingredient has to be done, it is just to toast them and make them crunchy. If you don't want to turn on the oven you have two options: 1. put the cookies with the fil in the fridge and leave them for at least 5 hours. They will be a kind of energy bars that will kill that sweet craving in a healthy way. 2- prepare a frying pan with a little bit of coconut or olive oil, and put them one by one for about 2 minutes and turn them over until they are toasted.
