Chop the garlic and add it to the frying pan, when it is golden brown add the rest of the vegetables.

Once the vegetables are more or less cooked, add the quinoa and the chicken (since the chicken is ready to serve) and mix everything together.

When it is mixed, add spices of your choice (I used garlic powder, pepper potpourri, thyme) and the soy sauce and stir to mix it all together. Once everything is ready, plate! 🍽️
