In a wok or normal frying pan that we have at home, put a little EVOO, and when it is hot add the chicken breast that we have previously cut into strips. Brown.

While the chicken is cooking, cut the rest of the vegetables into strips or as you like.

When the chicken is browned, take it out, put it aside and in the same oil and over medium high heat add the vegetables.

The idea is that they are not too poached but rather crispy, so when they are a few minutes old, add the chicken and, stirring every so often, keep over high heat for a few more minutes. Taste the vegetables to make sure they are at a point that you like.

Add the soy, sesame, stir well and serve hot. Enjoy!
