Cut the artichokes in half and season them on the inside.

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil (for about 9 artichokes). We put them in the pan with the inner side down. While we place them, they will be a couple of minutes over high heat, then we will lower it to low heat.

The cooking time will depend on personal taste, but for them to be cooked we should leave them for at least 30 minutes. If we cover the casserole the cooking will be faster.

From there, we will leave them more or less time depending on how crispy we like them.
