Zucchini with cherry tomatoes and feta cheese 🍅🥒🧀

Cut the zucchini into spaghetti (I use a spaghetti cutter but you can cut it into thin strips by hand). We will also cut a clove of garlic into very very small pieces. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a baking tray, spread the cherry tomatoes, and in the center, put the feta cheese (previously drained). Pour over the garlic, a drizzle of EVOO, and a little basil (in my case dry, if it is fresh, add it when you take it out of the oven).

Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees. When we take it out, crush the tomatoes and mix with the cheese that will have melted.

Finally, in a dish we put our "calabacetis" (I put them uncooked, because when cooked they release a lot of water and I don't like the texture). We add the sauce on top, which will be the one that provides heat. Mix well and enjoy 😊
