Sea bass with grilled green asparagus

In a frying pan put a dash of EVOO and when it is hot, add the green asparagus. Add salt to taste. When they are ready, remove the asparagus from the pan.

Put a dash of EVOO, parsley and a clove of garlic in a bowl and crush it so that it is finely chopped. Set aside to add it later to the sea bass.

In the same frying pan, put another dash of EVOO and, when it is very hot, add the sea bass fillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the "sauce" that we have prepared in the previous step. Ideally, do not cook for more than 5 minutes on each side.
