Wash the chard very well, separate the stalks from the leaves and cut them into small pieces. Peel the potato and cut into quarters.

In a casserole put to heat water over high heat with salt, when it starts to boil add the potatoes, after 5 minutes add the stalks, wait another 5 minutes and add the leaves already cut. Leave for another 5 minutes and drain well.

While cooking, in another pan fry the onion previously cut into julienne strips over medium heat until golden brown. Once the onion is golden brown and soft, add a teaspoon of sweet paprika de la Vera, mix quickly and add the chard with the potato. Mix everything and enjoy!
