It comes out quite a lot with these ingredients. I usually make 6 units and I have enough left over to make pancakes. The filling can be made with whatever you like. We usually eat them with cooked ham, cheese and egg but there are infinite combinations.

Melt the butter in the micro and mix with the salt, eggs, milk and water. Beat everything well with a whisk.

Add the sifted flours. Mix well with a whisk until everything is well integrated.

Keep the dough covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator for about two hours to hydrate the flours.

After this time we put a little butter in the frying pan or pancake pan. Add more or less 1/2 ladle of the batter. We let it cook for about 1/2 min.

Place the egg (if we want to do it with this filling). Let it cook for about one minute.

Cut the ham and cheese into small pieces.

Fold with a spatula (or whatever is more comfortable for you) as in the photo. Let the dough cook well (3-4 minutes will be enough). Add parsley or chives on top.
