Put the tomato, pepper, garlic and onion in a frying pan with oil. the bell pepper, the garlic and the onion. Add salt and a little water to cook them.

Meanwhile, in another frying pan with oil, add the chicken breasts, filleted and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the pineapple slice and pass it all with a mini blender or you can also use the thermomix.

When everything is already crushed, a kind of sauce will have been made. To this sauce we add the tablespoon of curry and the tablespoon of Provencal herbs, be generous! And stir.

Add the sauce to the pan where the chicken is already cooked, turn the heat to seven and stir.
