Brunoise the garlic, onion, red and green bell pepper and sauté in EVOO together with the bay leaves, when it is halfway cooked add the tomato, also chopped.

Add the chopped cuttlefish and marinate for a few minutes with the vegetables.

Add cumin, paprika (I add it spicy), salt and white wine, boil for 10 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.

In the meantime, we clean the beans (tender with their pods), wash them and cut them into 3 cm pieces.

Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the beans and water to cover and cook until they are tender, the time will depend on the type of pot, in a normal pot about 25', in a fast pot 10' is enough.
