In a bowl we put the dry ingredients, i.e. chickpea flour, yeast, salt, black pepper or the spice we like. In my case a teaspoon of turmeric and pepper.

In another bowl, mix the egg, oat milk and oil.

Mix the two mixtures well

Pour the mixture into the waffle maker and leave them until they are done, about 2 minutes, the more we leave them...the drier they will be, so be careful.

We cut the edges and from here we can fill them with whatever we want.

These savory waffles tend to be a little drier than the flour and butter ones, so for the filling it is important to put something creamy, in my case the ingredients of a guacamole, even so it could be hummus with carrots, roasted eggplants, whipped cream cheese etc. etc.
