Mix yogurt, peanut powder, peanut butter and honey in a blender. Put the mixture in ice cream molds and freeze. Minimum 5 hours, best left overnight.

Melt chocolate in the microwave at very low temperature for 30 seconds and stir, then stir again for 30 seconds but be careful not to burn it. Add the coconut oil. Mix well. Remove the ice creams from the molds and dip them in the chocolate (whole or only half). Decorate with chopped peanuts. Put them on baking paper and put them back in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Then you can keep them in a container for a few days.
