Tiramisu pancakes with coconut cream

First, make the pancakes to your liking. I have made the basic ones with oat flour, milk, egg and yeast. Make sure they are not too big to be able to put them in the glass.

Next, prepare the coffee. I have used a decaffeinated one, but you can use the one you like the most.

The coconut cream is made by mixing the Greek yogurt with the grated coconut.

Dip the pancakes in the coffee and assemble the tiramisu layers, alternating pancakes with coconut cream.

Finish with a layer of melted chocolate with coconut oil and store in the refrigerator for several hours.
