Scrambled eggs with mushrooms and spinach

To begin with, I want to warn that I cooked by eye (without quantities) and to take advantage of the mushrooms that I had already chopped from another dish and that I had left over. Then, I buy frozen spinach, the kind that comes divided into cubes. And I used 2 eggs.

First I put the mushrooms with a touch of white pepper, then the spinach cubes, and when it finished defrosting I added the beaten eggs. You can leave it as it is and make a French omelet or "stir" and make the scrambled eggs.

You can use whatever ingredients you want, I used these because they are the ones I had at home and I wanted to use them, but I think you could combine it with anything else without any problem.

I did not use salt but if it seems too bland you can also add it without problem. I hope someone will find it useful, it seems to me something super fast to make for days when you don't feel like cooking or you are in a hurry.
