When there are 5 minutes of cooking time left, add the shellfish and the peeled spider crab. 3. When there are two minutes left to cook, add the peeled shrimp. 4. When the cooking is finished, add the prawns and the crayfish and leave to rest for 5 minutes covered with a cloth.
