Remove the stalk from the tomato, cut into pieces and crush.

Cut half a cucumber, half a red bell pepper, a quarter of a green bell pepper, a quarter of an onion and 1 or 2 garlic (to taste). Crush them with the tomato already crushed and 100-200ml of water (depending on the consistency you want, more liquid or less).

Add vinegar, oil and salt to taste and mix.

Let stand for two hours in the refrigerator.

Peel and dice an apple (green or red), and mix the pieces with the gazpacho.
