Stuffed chicken breast in airfryer

Preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. In the meantime, season the breast with salt and pepper and add parsley.

Make 4 transversal cuts in the breast, where we will put the stuffing. Add in each cut a piece of tomato and a piece of sliced cheese (or your favorite).

Place in the airfryer basket for 18 minutes at 180°. The time will depend on the thickness of the breast, keep checking.

When there are 5 minutes left (or when the breast and stuffing are browned) add grated cheese on top and let it finish.
