Tapines/stuffed white zucchini

2 tapines/white zucchini (as you call it) cut it in half, make a couple of slits, oil and salt. To the micro 7 minutes

While it is in the micro, we cut half a bell pepper, half a pear tomato and half an onion.

Remove the caps and empty them. We reserve what we took out on a plate. (Finally in the photo there are only 3 of them because one of the parts suffered a small accident😅).

Put the bell pepper in a frying pan and when it has been a little while add the onion. When it is almost golden brown add what we have taken out of the tapines, the tomato and salt and pepper. We wait for it to cook.

We take the minced meat, season it with salt and pepper and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Here we can add the shredded tomato, it is OPTIONAL.

Once the meat is done and everything is well mixed, fill our tapines, put the cheese on top and microwave again for 4 or 5 minutes until the cheese is au gratin. In my case I put it in Pizza mode and used the grid that comes with the microwave to raise the dish a little more and better gratinate the cheese.
