Add in a tall bowl the natural protein yogurt to the amount of 250g.

Then add the blueberries to taste, I put 10 blueberries for the quantity.

Mash the blueberries together with the yogurt in a hand blender.

Once it is crushed and mixed, pour it into a cup or glass of your choice. Add the dulce de leche with the chia.

Let cool in the refrigerator for 5 minutes and serve.
